STORY
Ace Commercial Interiors was established in Sydney in 2014, with a focus on delivering practical, well-considered joinery solutions for commercial environments.

Today, we operate as a commercial joinery contractor, delivering coordinated joinery packages across a range of project types — from individual elements through to large-scale developments.
​
Our manufacturing capability spans both local and international facilities, with a 1,200 sqm workshop in Wetherill Park, Sydney, alongside a 60,000 sqm factory in Canton operated by long-standing partners. This dual approach allows us to balance quality, programme and cost across each project.

Our Sydney factory in Wetherill Park focuses predominantly on joinery manufacturing, supporting projects that require detailed craftsmanship, prototyping and final quality control. Having a local manufacturing facility provides ACE with a significant advantage, allowing us to maintain greater control over quality, program and project coordination.

In addition to our Sydney operations, we work closely with our international manufacturing facility in Canton, China. This integrated approach enables us to manage larger production volumes while maintaining consistent quality standards across every project.

As part of our process, prototypes are manufactured in Sydney prior to production — one for client approval and one for our international manufacturing team. This ensures every detail is coordinated and confirmed before manufacturing begins.

Our shop drawing process is thorough and collaborative, with each drawing progressing through multiple stages of review to ensure accuracy and alignment with the project design intent. With a dedicated drafting team supporting the process, we ensure the joinery package is fully coordinated prior to manufacture and installation.

Local Delivery, Global Manufacturing Capability
This structured approach allows ACE to deliver joinery packages with a strong focus on quality, coordination and reliable project delivery.
ACE also works closely with our manufacturing facility in Canton, China, which operates across approximately 60,000sqm of production space and employs over 400 staff. This facility supports medium to large-scale joinery and furniture production, allowing ACE to efficiently manufacture joinery packages for commercial developments.
Both the Sydney and China factories operate using the same production systems and processes, enabling seamless coordination between teams and ensuring consistent manufacturing standards. A dedicated quality control team in China oversees the manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet the required specifications before shipment. Combined with final review and coordination through our Sydney facility, this approach allows ACE to maintain strict quality control across every project.
